Ticket policy

Ticket holders will automatically receive a refund for cancelled events. If event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, unless you opt for a refund within 30 days of the new event date being announced. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of their options.

Merchandise return policy

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days from receiving your order with an original receipt, tags still attached and no visible signs of wear. For a return, we will credit the card used to place the order, give you store credit or exchange for a different size or style.

Pack and seal your return securely. Packages must be returned prepaid by the buyer - we will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective. We do not accept COD deliveries.
